Notification of Hiring Decisions
Initial January-March Applicants: By April 20th you will be told of our hiring decision. You will need to confirm that you accept the position at that time or by April 30th. Additional information regarding fall training/move-in/etc. will be emailed during summer months.
Paperwork for Student Employment Office
You are expected to complete all paperwork in the Student Employment office within 48 hours of your first day of work, at the latest. Failure to do this may postpone or terminate your employment offer.
Items they need: EKU ID, Social Security Card [Passport and Visa, if applicable] You will be required to complete these forms: W-4, I-9, and K-4 [1-20, if applicable]
