The ResNet Support Center is the initial point of contact for IT support for EKU students at EKU. We use Uniprint Footprints to track help requests and to escalate problems to the appropriate people, when needed.

NOTE: Closed for all University holidays, we observe inclement weather schedules, and we're closed during Spring Break week too

Service Goals
  • To resolve problems on initial contact
  • To answer help line within the first two rings
  • To return all voice mails within an hour
  • To acknowledge e-mail requests for help within 2 hours of receipt
  • To acknowledge all walk-in requests within 5 seconds
